Nature walk & reflection
With Sabine Simeoni – a path into nature and to yourself.
A nature walk is much more than a stroll or a hike. It is a conscious entry into a dialogue with the world around you – a space without pressure to perform, where your inner landscape meets outer nature.
I accompany you as you leave the threshold of everyday life behind and discover nature as a mirror of your soul.
How a nature walk works
- Preparation and intention
Every walk begins with a preliminary conversation – by Zoom, by phone or in person. Together we look at what is moving you right now. From that I develop a personal "set of instructions" for you: an impulse to set out with. - The threshold time
You set out alone, for at least two hours. It is not about distance, but about being there. What do you meet? Which animal, which tree, which breath of wind speaks to you? There is no right and no wrong here – only your experience with all your senses. - The reflection
When you come back, I receive you at the threshold. You tell me what you experienced. I listen with my heart and reflect your story back to you, in a benevolent, ritual setting. In this way the images from nature become answers for your own path.
Who the nature walk is for
Perhaps you are standing at a fork in the road – in your work, in a relationship, in your life. Perhaps something has come to an end, or something new wants to begin. Or you simply feel that you would like to arrive more fully in yourself.
You need no previous experience and no special fitness – only the willingness to open yourself to yourself and to nature for a few hours.
Who will accompany you
I am Sabine – for over 20 years a forest and wilderness educator, artist and author. My life and work are deeply interwoven with nature and the natural wheel of the year. This close bond with the earth is the foundation of my work and shapes how I see life.
As a mother and grandmother it is close to my heart to inspire people of all generations towards a conscious, life-serving and peace-oriented way of living. In my educational offers I want to bring regional heritage, handed-down knowledge and original craft techniques to life and make them tangible. Through direct doing, sensory experience and encounters with nature I accompany people in discovering their own potential and deepening their awareness of the cycles of life.
I want to build bridges – between people and nature, between handed-down knowledge and the present, between generations. What matters to me is a living connection from which appreciation, belonging and responsibility can grow. In this way I want to contribute to strengthening respect for the world we share and to fostering a peaceful, mindful coexistence.
In my artistic work too I follow the rhythms and traces of nature. In collages, nature art journaling and storytelling I translate experiences of nature into images, stories and forms. I prefer to work with what the earth itself brings forth: with pigments from earths, plants and rocks, with found objects and natural materials.
At the centre for me are the beauty of the imperfect, the openness of the process and the direct, authentic dialogue between people and earth. My art sees itself less as a depiction of nature than as a form of encounter – as listening, sensing and becoming together.
